Chat is a silo next to the work
Most team chat lives in its own tool, disconnected from the tasks and deals it talks about. Decisions get made in a thread, then someone has to remember to carry them into the project. History sits behind paywalls. Syncing chat into a CRM is its own small project.
We think the conversation belongs on the record it is about.
What Comms will be
Comms will work natively with the rest of the Mattering platform. A message will be able to become a task in Productivity. A conversation with a customer will be able to update the deal in Sales. No integration glue, because the apps will share the same platform and the same login.
We ship tools when they are ready, so we are not announcing features or dates here. When Comms arrives, it will follow the same model as our other Premier apps: focused, per app, per seat.
Start where the platform is today
Productivity is live with a free tier, and everything we build next will connect to it natively. Teams on the platform now will get Comms the day it ships.
